Seminar Policies:

Seminar fees include workshop attendance, refreshments during the meetings and documentation of continuing education credit*.

All persons attending the seminar must pay a seminar fee. Spouses, family and friends are welcome and do not pay the seminar fee unless they attend the educational sessions. Children are not allowed in the meeting room.

Seminar Refund Policy: Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will only be accepted if received more than 10 business days in writing (can be emailed) before the event. If applicable, a refund will be issued less a $25 processing fee. Please note that the threat of inclement weather is not considered sufficient to override our cancellation policy.

One week before the start of the seminar: No refunds or application of fee to another program for cancellation, nonappearance or partial attendance. No refunds due to airline delays or cancellation of flights. Refunds processed by original form of payment or by check only. Refunds may take 1-2 weeks to process after notification of cancellation.

IMPORTANT NOTE: A Deposit of $150 per person.  All attendees, their families, and guests must book their Cruise Arrangements through www.pjsvacationrx.com.
